He will teach how to improve your flexibility, ease your pain, improve your brain power and know causes of your diseases.
He has deep knowledge of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayam, Ayurveda and Nadi Vigyan.
Introduction of Shri Arun Yogi Ji
Arun Yogi was born in 1979 in Jaunpur district situated between India’s holiest cities of Allahabad and Varanasi. He is a disciple of His Holiness Acharya Roopchandra Ji Maharaj and has been learning all facets of Yoga from Acharya Ji for the last 21 years. He practices and teaches physical, spiritual and mental forms of yoga to achieve oneness with the nature and surrounding environment.
He has presented Yoga in very simple, scientific, researchable and medical way. If you are practicing Yoga, but not getting results, you may get benefit from the very first day by doing yoga under his guidance. Not only in India, he has spread the Yoga in right way to thousands of people through Yoga improvement program in many countries of the world like U.S.A., Canada, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, (Europe), Sri Lanka etc. Under the guidance of Yogiji many persons got away from many severe diseases. He has also conducted Yoga-Meditation programme in Indian Army many times. He has formulated that one does not need to do yoga for hours, but to do in the right way for getting benefits. Yogi ji has invented Bramh Kriya a special Yogic-Kriya for only 3 minutes and 15 seconds. He has been honoured several times National and International organisations for his outstanding public service and Yoga programs. He has deep Knowledge in Ayurveda Panchakrm Therapy, Nadi Parikshan (Puls Digestive System according Ayurvedic Vata, Pitta and Khapha theory), Naturopathy, Vedic Diet Science, Acupressures-Reflexology and other Alternative Medicine therapy.
