Annual general body meeting will be on December 6 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at MLK Middle School (4545 Ammendale Rd, Beltsville MD 20705), All members are invited to the meeting. Detail agenda for AGM will be shared in coming weeks.
As per JSMW constitution, the positions that are open for the 2026 Election are
- Board of Trustees – 2 Positions for a 3-year term (Jan 2027 to Dec 2029)

A completely filled nomination form with signature of Nominator and Nominee must be submitted via email to elections@jainsocietydc.org by midnight on November 6, 2026.
The list of nominees will be shared by Sunday November 15th, 2026. Elections will be scheduled for Sunday December 6th, 2026 after Annual General Body Meeting at the MLK Middle School (4545 Ammendale Rd, Beltsville MD 20705).
