BOT Election Candidates 2024

In accordance with the JSMW Constitution, we invited nominations for the 4 open Board of Trustee positions. We are excited to announce that we have 9 candidates running for the 4 Board Of Trustee positions.  As such, we will conduct an election on December 15, 2024 in the Gymnasium at Cloverly Elementary School located at 800 Briggs Chaney Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20905. Voting will take place after the completion of the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM Timings are : 10.30am to 12.00pm) and voting will end at 3pm. Please note that members who are in the registration check in line at 3pm will be allowed to vote.

We encourage all members to review each candidate’s biodata (attached to this email) prior to election day in order to make an informed decision.  Each candidate’s biodata has been attached for your convenience.  We highly recommend you participate in this election and exercise your voting rights by selecting our newest Board Members.

The Elections Committee or their representative(s) will ask for a proof of  identification in order to vote.
